While your waiting for your booking to be processed, please read our RULES below.

Rules and Regulations of ChiTownPartyBus

*All ages are allowed on ChiTownPartyBus, however, only 21+ older are allowed if alcohol is on board.
*No underage drinking will be tolerated.
*ID required for proof of age.
*No smoking/drugs on the bus.
*No fighting/horseplay allowed on bus
*Deposits are non-refundable
*No throwing trash out the windows
*Party must be paid in full before the trip begins.
*BYOB...we supply ice,cups and napkins only.
*For music/sporting events...everybody must have a ticket for the said event and must leave/exit the bus 30mins after the start of the event. We close the bus to prep it for exiting out.
*Please DO NOT Drink and Drive. Make proper arrangements for when you're dropped off for the night.
*The bus will not wait if anyone is late/arrested/hospitalize.
*Breaking of these rules will result in IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION with NO REFUNDS

*$100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills,trash,etc.)

*$125.00 per hour minimum for additional time needed.

*$200.00 shampooing and disinfecting ( due to sickness/vomiting)

*$200.00 smoking fee.....if anyone lights up, your credit card will be charged on the spot! If a cigarette butt is found your credit card will be charged $200.

*$225.00 minimum for each burn hole ,rip, or tear to upholstery, act of vandalism

*We will need to validate your credit card information 72 hours before your event/trip by charging $1 to your card. If your card is declined or denied we will need a $300 security deposit made no less then 24hrs before the start of your event. Deposits will be non-refundable if any of these fee's are needed or rules and regulations are broken. If the security deposit is not made, we have the right to cancel the event with no refunds. The booking deposit in not refundable since we take the bus off the calendar or you event and turn other's away. If cancelled 72 hour before event we will need full payment. Please read all rules, by signing this form you agree to all terms and conditions. Any charge-backs or payments due will result in legal action for full amount along with court costs. A 20% driver gratuity will be charged to all credit card payments and based of the total amount.

CHANGES OR ADJUSTMENTS TO TRIP...Once you sign this contract we are locked and any changes or adjustments made by you and anytime after might result in extra charges or fee's. We are not responsible for any last minute changes the day of and or missed phone calls to our office.

ONEWAY/ROUNDTRIP SERVICE...Is basic transportation with no tours or multiple stops. You and your group will get 15 minutes of free loading time, after that we will charge per minute until everybody in your group is on the vehicle and ready to move. We do not store drinks and or clothing from your trip. We do not guarantee ice and cups. We do not guarantee early or later time adjustment. Extra stops and wash-room stops is a $40 charge with waiting time. Food stops are $100 plus waiting time. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MULTIPLE STOPS DO HOURLY SERVICE.

EMERGENCY VEHICLE SUBSTITUTION....In case on an emergency we may swap your vehicle out with another similar vehicle. We do our best to keep our vehicles in top mechanical shape, but mechanical failure does happen. We provide transportation only and can not guarantee exact vehicle nor vehicle choice.

BUS COLOR IS NOT GUARANTEED. Only our Pink-N-Wild is a color guarantee.

WE GUARANTEE TRANSPORTATION ONLY. Transportation is the movement of people from one location to another, we guarantee nothing else.

MONEY REFUNDS/CREDIT....We will not refund nor credit money only unless the trip in canceled by us due to an emergency situation. You are paying for transportation only and not an experience.

NO SMOKING IN THE BUS....$250 FEE PER PERSON LIGHTING UP/DRIVER CAN TERMINATED ON THE SPOT/NO REFUND

MAKE A MESS/YOU CLEAN-IT
....$100 PER HOUR CLEAN UP CHARGE. $200 SICKNESS CHARGE. DRIVERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN-UP.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AUX CABLES/INPUTS.....SINCE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEFT/DAMAGE BY OTHERS. EQUIPMENT/ENTERTAINMENT HAS NO CASH VALUE. WE INSPECT EVERY VEHICLE BEFORE IT GOES OUT IN THE MORNING.

WE ONLY GUARANTEE TRANSPORTATION... DUE TO CUSTOMER/GUESTS HANDLING EQUIPMENT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AUX INPUT, LIGHTS, RADIO, TV'S AND DVD PLAYER. NO CASH VALUE. DRIVERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATIONS OF EQUIPMENT.

ON-TIME POLICY...IF WE ARE LATE DO TO WEATHER,TRAFFIC AND OR ACT'S OF GOD, TIME WILL BE MADE UP AT THE END OF YOUR TRIP. NO CREDIT OR REFUND.

TIMELINES...WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SHOWING UP TO PICKUP ON-TIME. WE WILL FOLLOW YOUR TIMELINE AS BEST AS WE CAN, BUT DUE TO GUEST LOADING, UNLOADING, SAFETY AND TRAFFIC WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

TRIP TERMINATION ...WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR TRIP AT ANY TIME AND ANY PLACE DUE TO FIGHTING, NON-PAYMENT, DRUGS, WEAPONS, UNDERAGE DRINKING AND ANY SAFETY CONCERNS WITH NO REFUND. WE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS, DON'T BE THE FIRST!

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK ...CHITOWN PARTY BUS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IF ANY GUEST GETS INJURED FROM VARIOUS CAUSES (I.E. IF THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION AND GUESTS ARE NOT SEATED OR IF ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. ALL INJURIES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY AT THE TIME OF INJURY TO THE DRIVER AND HE WILL FILL OUT OUR ACCIDENT REPORT. YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE OF YOUR GUESTS.
